Weekend of 4/7 & 4/8
CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations Confirmation Class of 2018! May God lead you in remarkable ways to the fullness of His Spirit!
Weekend of 4/14 & 4/15
THANK YOU!
Thank you for an overwhelming beautiful Easter! This was certainly an Alleluia Celebration! And when all was said and done we went right into the Sacrament of Confirmation with Bishop Roger, OSB.
These have been busy days but resplendent in the grace of the Lord Jesus, Risen and Present among us. I am just so grateful for all of you—your spirituality, your reverence, your prayers, your witness of Faith! We are, as Bishop Roger mentioned, ‘a wonderful Parish in the Diocese of Cleveland’!
Weekend of 4/21 & 4/22
SPRING IS COMING!
Have you noticed the spring blooms outside the Atrium Entrance or scattered here and there throughout the property? Our thanks goes to Mrs. Dolin who took the time last year to plant all of the flower bulbs (from Easter 2017) throughout the property. Gratitude for the time and the talent of an expert gardener for doing this ‘good thing’ for our parish.
Weekend of 4/28 & 4/29
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
We have sent a greeting and gift to Father Julius who is celebrating his Tenth Anniversary as a Priest ! Father is serving at a parish in England as he finalizes his studies. We heard from him last week and he sends his blessings, greetings and his prayers! Ad Multos Annos!
THANK YOU!
For the past 6 1/2 years Sabrina Plumb has been a familiar face in the Parish Office, in the Gift Shop, taking pictures at our events, leading VBS, working the Penny Carnival, Christmas Village, Halloween Village, the Land of Happily Ever After and, at the same time, serving as our receptionist, secretary and activities director for nearly every activity the parish has conducted! She has worn many hats and has experienced every facet of parish life. Though she will not be a stranger Sabrina is moving forward with her career and sharing her talents with a waiting world! And so the friendly voice on the other side of the phone or in the reception area will be missed—but, she is not totally leaving as we have already lined up several projects which will need her expertise. This is just a THANK YOU for the 6 1/2 years of dedication, service and Ministry to our Parish Family. May God continue to bring you abundant blessings and great satisfaction in all of your new adventures!
Gratefully! Be a Light to the World!
